Sean is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years of criminal law experience. Before founding his criminal defense practice, he served for 26 years as a prosecutor in the Dallas County and Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Offices, rising through the ranks to become Chief of the Family Violence Unit. During his prosecutorial career, he tried more than 75 murder cases to juries and handled numerous capital murder and other high-profile cases.
Today, Sean focuses on criminal defense, representing clients in matters ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felony charges, including murder. His extensive experience on both sides of the courtroom provides clients with valuable insight into how criminal cases are investigated, prosecuted, and defended. Sean is licensed to practice in Texas and Alabama, as well as several federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
