Kevin Rousseau is a Fort Worth criminal defense attorney with more than 30 years of courtroom experience and an extensive background handling serious criminal cases. Before entering private defense practice, he served for 27 years as a prosecutor with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office, where he tried more than 200 cases before juries, including more than 60 murder cases.
From 2002 to 2015, Kevin served as Chief of the Gang and Homicide Unit, directing major criminal investigations and playing a central role in the assessment and filing of homicide cases. Since entering private defense practice in 2020, he has used that experience to represent individuals facing serious criminal charges in state and federal courts.
